Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you before processing your order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Using our products
YAX is made for full-grain and top-grain leather. Always test on a small, hidden area first and follow the instructions on the site and packaging. Sealer must always be applied over Conditioner. YAX may darken some leathers slightly, and we are not responsible for results on unsuitable materials such as suede or nubuck.
Refund policy
You can return unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery costs. Opened or used tins cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you pay the cost of return delivery. Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Exchange policy
You can exchange unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a different product or a mixed pack. If the new item costs more, we will ask you to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference. Damaged or faulty items can be exchanged for the same product at no extra cost.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact us using the contact details on this website with your order number, the items you want to return or exchange, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
